We serve homeowners and businesses throughout southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island, generally within about 45 miles of Newport. Permitting is not the same in every town
Requirements, inspection scheduling, and lead times vary from one building department to the next. We pull the permits and build the local timeline into your schedule from the start.
Coastal conditions are real
Salt air along the Newport, Portsmouth, and Westport shoreline is hard on exterior equipment, outdoor panels, and lighting. We spec and seal accordingly.
The housing stock is old
Much of what we work on in New Bedford, Fall River, and Taunton predates modern electrical demand. We know what a town inspector will want done about it.
